Recommendations on how and when to use the Internet Bill Pay System (IBPS):
1. The Internet Bill Pay Option was designed for the convenience of our Direct Bill customers to make immediate payments on time and avoid cancellation.
2. Making a payment via IBPS does not guarantee your policy will be reinstated. If you have any concerns about your insurance policy, please call our Customer Service Department at (800) 232-0631. We are available to help you Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST.
3. You should receive a bill in the mail every month (if not please contact your Producer to update your mailing address). Please pay the amount due off your bill. If you are paying more or less we suggest you contact our Customer Services Department to verify the amount due.
4. Making a payment late will not guarantee a Reinstatement. Please contact our Customer Service Department or your Producer to verify the status of your policy.
5. Once you have populated all the required fields you will have immediate confirmation that the transaction was processed (approved or declined). If there are any issues with the transaction (examples: dollar amount paid or cancellation status of policy) we will notify you by phone or email.
